Kerith Springs Lodge is governed by a board of directors whose primary responsibility is to steward the ministry’s resources and to keep the ministry true to its original mission and calling.

Dr. Stu Weber

Pastor, author, and speaker, Stu has been in vocational ministry for over 50 years. Through most of those years, he has served as Lead Pastor at Good Shepherd Community Church, a thriving fellowship near Portland, Oregon. Having shepherded this flock from its beginnings as a small home Bible study to a church of several thousand. Stu understands the unique challenges and heartaches of launching a new work, guiding it through various stages of growth, and eventually leading a large church community with multiple staff and ministries.

Stu also maintains an active ministry to the U.S. military community and has served on the boards of several regional, national, and international ministry organizations.

Stu is the author of several books, including three signature volumes that provided instruction and inspiration for the Christian men’s movement in the last two decades: Tender Warrior, All the King’s Men, and Four Pillars of a Man’s Heart.

Stu holds degrees from Wheaton College and Western Seminary. A U.S. Army veteran, he was awarded three bronze stars while serving as a Captain in the Green Berets in Viet Nam. Today Stu states that he “loves his Lord, his family, Christ’s church and our country.” He feels a special kinship to fellow pastors—the unsung heroes across our world who faithfully tend the flock, face the battles, and absorb the blows for Christ and His bride.

Stu and Linda Weber, high school sweethearts, have been married for over 50 years, have raised three sons, and are now enjoying grand-parenting.

Debbie Hardinger

Debbie has always had local church ministry at the center of her life. Her dad was the pastor of a small church throughout her childhood and her husband has now served over 38 years in local church ministry in both rural and metropolitan areas. Because of this experience, she knows firsthand the challenge pastors and wives face serving in often unrecognized and tireless ways.

After graduating from college with a business degree, she has worked over 25 years in various roles with large corporations, small locally owned businesses and an international missionary agency. In addition to her various work experiences, Debbie has volunteered in both her community and church including serving as a school board member, head of Women’s Ministries and foster parenting. She is also certified through Christian Financial Concepts as a Financial Counselor and has used this for over 25 years to help individuals, families and businesses develop and maintain financial integrity and viability. Debbie currently is Board President for Alternatives Pregnancy Center of Sacramento.

Debbie has been married to Craig for over 37 years. They live in Sacramento, California where they serve at Arcade Church and are just two hours away from their son, daughter-in-law and grandson.

Warren Schuh

Having grown up in a pastor’s home, Warren learned early to appreciate the realities of local church ministry life.  Knowing that there is much more behind the scenes work than the vast majority of church attendees realize, he felt called early in life to pursue a life of ministry that would focus on the behind the scenes work in support of those who were called to the more visible, up-front leadership of the local church.

While still in seminary, Warren began serving full time in the church and ultimately spent 30 years in local church ministry with 14 of those years being in Executive Pastor roles in large churches in Colorado and California.  Between those two Executive Pastor roles, Warren worked with Leadership Network as the Director of Large Church Networks in which role he brought together senior pastors and key staff from many of North America’s largest and most innovative churches to learn, network and share resources to optimize local and global ministry potential.

For the past twelve years, Warren has been serving the church and faith based non-profits through consulting services that have included executive coaching for pastors and executive pastors, church health assessment and development, organizational assessment and development, board development, generosity culture development and strategic implementation of vision.  During these consulting years, Warren has served a variety of faith-based not-for-profits and has consistently been part of the leadership team for Cornerstone Pastors Network which is a national network dedicated to encouraging, equipping and resourcing pastors through a variety of learning opportunities, ongoing small groups, soul care retreats, etc.

Warren graduated from Wheaton College, Illinois, with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religious Studies and received his Master of Divinity degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, Massachusetts.  Warren and Connie, his wife of 45 years, live in Southern California close to their three adult children and six grandchildren.

ROB FAULK

Rob came to faith in Christ in midlife when he was working for one of the “Big Four” accounting firms. About to make partner in that firm, Rob believed God was calling him in another direction, and over the next 10 years he was the Chief Financial Officer and/or Chief Operating Officer of a number of companies, primarily start-ups and turnarounds. In the early 2000s God called Rob into full-time ministry, first as CFO of a large church, then as Executive Pastor of another large church. It was during the years in ministry that Rob became acutely aware of the pressures that pastors bear every day, and the need for them to have a safe place to pursue rest, relaxation, spiritual renewal, and relational revitalization.

Currently Rob serves as a partner in a national CPA firm that serves only Christian ministries. He leads the firm’s Church and Denomination Services practice and works directly with some of the largest churches in the U.S., as well as serving denominations, colleges and universities, seminaries, rescue missions, foundations, and other ministries. He is a lover of God’s word and has both seen and experienced how His word changes lives. Because of that love for the word, Rob serves as Teaching Director of a Community Bible Study class. Rob is also a frequent conference speaker and author of articles on nonprofit financial matters.

Rob graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a BA in Accounting. He also holds a Masters in Ministry Management from Azusa Pacific Seminary. He and his wife, Sylvia, live in Southern California and have been married 40 years. They have two children and three grandchildren.

ROGER DORSEY

Roger worked for many years as a financial planner and specialized in working with churches and pastors. As he became more familiar with the unique financial challenges and stressful lifestyle of those in ministry, he recognized the need to establish a special place for them to get away for a time of rest and renewal. In 2006 he jumped at the opportunity to join forces with Stu and Eric to develop the dream of Kerith Springs into what it's become today. He and his wife Penny enjoy serving as volunteer hosts every other week at KSL.

Roger and Penny have been married since 1975. They have two sons, five grandkids and a great-granddaughter.

Roger graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor's degree in communications.
