What would a day at the KSL ranch look like?

There is little to no structure. This is your getaway and we aim to serve you in any way we can. You tell us what time you’d like to have breakfast and we will accommodate your wishes.

What is there to do at the ranch?

There are roads that weave in and around the entire ranch if you would like to take walks. If you’re into fishing, we have a 2.5 acre lake you can fish. (Catch and release), or you can take a little canoe ride and enjoy the wildlife and view. We would love to give you a tour on our 6 person golf cart if you’re interested. We also have a library of various books in the living room if you want to read. We even have a quad you can use if you’d like to see the ranch on wheels! (Note: We require a signed release form for use of the lake or our 4 wheeler).

What meals are provided?

We operate as a Bed & Breakfast, so a hot breakfast is provided each morning during your stay.

What if I have dietary needs?

Please let us know. If you have a food sensitivity, we will contact you to see what you can or can’t have. If you have a food allergy, please let us know that as well but with allergies, you may want to bring your own food to prepare.

Where would I store my perishable food?

We have an extra refrigerator in the garage that you are welcome to use.

would the kitchen be available if I wish to prepare a meal?

Just let us know what time and we will make sure to reserve it for your use. You’re welcome to anything you need to prepare your own lunches and dinners.. We’ll be happy to show you where we keep the pots and pans and utensils.

Where would be a good place to eat out?

We’re located 4 miles south of Sister’s and there are several good restaurants available. You’ll find a notebook with a list of the local restaurants in your suite. Bend is 15 miles south of us and there is a huge variety of restaurants there.

What is the weather like?

Expect warm days and cool nights during the summer. The enchanting virtue about Central Oregon is that even on cool days during fall, winter and spring, there’s usually sunshine to brighten the day. We would advise you to check the forecast to know how to pack.

Do you have WiFi?

Yes, and no password is needed.

Who else will be staying at the ranch?

Your host will contact you via email before your arrival. At this time, we are only hosting one couple at a time due to limited accommodations.

We are not set up for children or families. Our focus is for couples to come for a respite and renewal.

Can a Pastor come alone?

Again, we encourage you to come together, but will make exceptions based on circumstances.
